We're building the future of work in Nigeria — a trusted marketplace where talent meets opportunity, and every payment is secure.
WorkNow exists to make work accessible, fair, and secure for everyone. We connect skilled people — employees and freelancers — with the employers and hirers who need them, on one trusted marketplace built for the way work happens today.
Our mission is to eliminate the barriers between talent and opportunity, creating a seamless ecosystem where work flows freely and payments are certain.
WorkNow is Nigeria's premier dual marketplace bridging traditional employment and the gig economy.
We believe opportunity should be fair and payment should be certain.
Verified profiles, secure escrow payments, transparent reviews, and industry-standard data protection.
Local payment integration, market understanding, mobile-first approach, and competitive pricing.
Dual marketplace, smart matching, real-time communication, contract management, and dispute resolution.
WorkNow was born from a simple observation: the Nigerian workforce is incredibly talented, but connecting that talent with opportunity remains frustratingly difficult. Traditional job boards are outdated, while gig platforms often lack the security and structure needed for meaningful work relationships.
We set out to build something different — a platform that respects the dignity of work while providing the security both talent and businesses need. Where a full-time job search and freelance bidding coexist naturally, and payments are as certain as the work itself.
Today, WorkNow is connecting thousands of professionals across Nigeria, building careers one successful match at a time. We're just getting started.
Work opportunities should be accessible to everyone, regardless of location, background, or connections.
Everyone deserves fair compensation. Our systems ensure equitable outcomes for all parties.
Trust is the foundation of professional relationships. We build security into every aspect of the platform.
The world of work is evolving. We continuously innovate to serve changing needs.
We're building more than a platform — a community of professionals supporting each other's growth.
Have questions, feedback, or want to partner with us? We'd love to hear from you.
